We are proud to offer you this exceptional 1969 Chevrolet Camaro! While this Camaro is badged as an SS car and also has the attributes of an X11 style trim package, it was born an X44 car according to the trim tag. When you lay your eyes upon it though, you'll be a lot less concerned about how it was born and way more focused on how awesome it is right now! This Camaro is a real head-turner with deep slick black paint, white SS stripes, and a killer stance. Up front is a cowl hood, a silver egg-crate grille with an SS badge, a gleaming bumper with bumperettes, and a black chin spoiler. Moving around to the side there is a lot of chrome and brightwork to pop against the black paint – wheel lip molding, rocker molding, drip rail molding, bright window trim, dual chrome side mirrors, chrome door handles, tri-bar quarter panel ornaments, and “350” and “Camaro SS” fender badges. All of the glass on the car is brand new, crystal clear, and lightly tinted – adding to the cool look. At the rear is a trunk lid spoiler, more white SS stripes, an “SS” badge, and another bright chrome bumper with bumperettes. Body panel fitment is spot-on with nice even gaps and laser-straight sides. This whole gorgeous package rolls down the road on steel Rallys with center caps and beauty rings all wrapped in BF Goodrich Radial TAs. Under the hood, you'll find a very clean and well-organized engine bay that is home to a freshly rebuilt 350ci V-8 crate engine. The bright orange V-8 is topped with cast heads, chrome “Chevrolet” logo valve covers, a Summit aluminum intake, a Holley Sniper EFI system with timing control, Sniper electronic ignition, and a chrome air cleaner with a “350” call-out sticker. The goodies don't stop there though, there are also gleaming ceramic-coated headers that lead to a new exhaust, power steering, chrome pulleys, a brake booster with dual reservoir and new lines & proportioning valve, a Sanden compressor for the new Vintage Air system, and a G-Plus aluminum radiator with dual electric fans. The 350 is mated to a freshly rebuilt 700R4 automatic overdrive transmission and a 10-bolt rear axle with a brand new Posi unit (3:55 gears), bearings, and ring & pinion. This car has only 100 miles on this spectacular drivetrain! The undercarriage of the car has been treated with Lizard Skin spray-on insulation, an unexpected extra. Also under the car is a new gas tank with a Holley “in-tank” fuel pump. With the level of attention to detail and high build quality of the exterior and engine bay, it should come as no surprise that the interior was given the same treatment. Open the driver's door to reveal a gorgeous black houndstooth interior illuminated by a working courtesy light. The standard black door panels are brand new and look great. The houndstooth seats are comfortable and in excellent condition. Between the seats is a center console with a storage box, seat belt holders, horseshoe shifter (with correct markings for the 4-speed automatic), and fantastic-looking woodgrain accents. The woodgrain trim continues onto the dash, covering the ashtray and glovebox area, and also appears on the center of the steering wheel. The dashpad is crack-free and the dash cluster is new. New Autogage gauges for oil, volts, and water have been mounted under the center of the dash. Brand new Vintage Air climate controls have been installed in the same opening where the stock controls were located and they work perfectly. Also in the dash is a Super Tuner III AM/FM/Cassette stereo that plays your favorite tunes through 2 6X9s mounted on the rear package tray – and it sounds very nice for an older unit. The passenger side of the dash features a grab-handle for moments of “spirited driving”. Overhead is a tight black vinyl headliner and underfoot is quality hook & loop carpet kept fresh with rubber Chevy bowtie logo floormats. The trunk is in immaculate condition and only contains a vinyl mat that covers the floor. If you're looking for a first-gen Camaro, this one will stop you in your tracks! It really does check all the boxes – slick paint, awesome stance, bright trim work, fresh drivetrain with only 100 miles on it, fuel injection, all new glass, ice-cold A/C, gorgeous interior, and so much more! 1969 Camaros built to this high level are few and far between, so don't wait to call and be the lucky one who gets to call it their own!
